Table Tennis Partner Finder and Table Reservation System

Thank you for using tt-clubs.com: the Web application that allows table tennis players to reserve a table, and find a partner.

USAGE

First Step:

Before you can use this system, you need to register to it. Every player that would like to play must be registered to this system. During the registration you can get some help by clicking the help icon.

Reservation Windows

In order to allow as many players as possible to play and, at the same time to use all the tables, the system offers 2 reservation windows.
The first one opens sooner (usually one week before the slot time) with only a few slots allowed per player per day.
The second one opens a few days before the slot time and allows players to reserve more slots.
Therefore, if you have used all the slots allowed during the first reservation window, return to the system when the second reservation window opens and, if there are still tables available, you’ll be able to reserve more slots.

Partner Finder

When you make the reservation you must specify whether you have a partner or not.
If you have a partner you have to enter his/her name. Your partner has to confirm or deny the participation before the deadline provided by the system otherwise the reservation will be deleted. This is called Direct Call.
If you don’t have a partner, you can make an Open Invitation. In such a case other players can candidate themselves to play with you and then you get to choose your partner. Once you choose your partner the reservation become a Direct Call.

Doubles

At this time the system does not manage doubles.
If you’d like to reserve for a double you have to find all 4 players by yourself. Then make a Direct Call reservation selecting one of your opponents who has to confirm the reservation.
